I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), committed to supporting clients through a compassionate, client-centered lens. I take a humanistic, strength-based approach to therapy, grounded in the belief that clients are the experts of their own lives. I see my role as a guide—someone who helps clients uncover their inner strengths and resources by asking the right questions and fostering a safe, non-judgmental space for exploration and growth.
I work primarily with adolescents and adults navigating challenges such as anxiety and mood disorders, low self-esteem, shame, childhood trauma, life transitions, and relationship issues. My therapeutic style is warm and collaborative, and I tailor my approach to meet each client’s unique needs and goals.
Drawing from a range of evidence-based modalities, including attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and psychodynamic approaches, I aim to help clients better understand themselves, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change.
